Can I return a product?
You have the right to change your mind within fourteen (14) days, counting from the day you received the item.
You cannot regret your purchase if the total price is less than SEK 400. The right of withdrawal also does not apply if you have purchased any of the following products:
- Goods which for health or hygiene reasons have been sealed and the seal has been broken by you.
How do I make a return?
If you want to utilize your right of withdrawal, you must send a detailed email to order@minolei.com and inform us that you wish to regret your purchase. You can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's return form (link) and attach it to your email, however it is not a requirement. In order for you to utilize your right of withdrawal in time, it is sufficient to send in your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
We will then create a return slip and send it to you.
Keep in mind that the product must be unused in unopened packaging and in original condition for the return to be approved.
- Print and fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's return form (link) and put it in the box together with the product.
- Package the product carefully and seal the package with tape. Note that you must not tape anything directly to the product's original packaging.
- Print and tape the return slip to the outside of the package.
- We use the same shipping method as for the delivery. Drop off the package at your nearest service point.
As soon as we have received and processed your return in our warehouse, you will be informed of this. Note that a return can take up to 14 days. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original purchase.
When returning your product, you are accountable for any risk to the item until we have received it. In order for your return to be approved, the item must be returned in good condition. We have the right to deduct the refund amount if the item is returned in a worse condition than the condition you received it.
Note that it is you as the customer, who has the financial responsibility for your return to reach us. Note the package-ID on your return package and always ask for a receipt.
How much does it cost to return a product?
We offer free returns in cases where you discover that the item or delivery is faulty.
In cases where your reason for return is not approved, you have to pay for the shipping yourself. If you chose our free shipping option with your purchase, the return cost is SEK 99. In other cases, the return shipping cost is the same amount as you paid for shipping on delivery.
How do I exchange an item?
Contact order@minolei.com and we will help you. To exchange the product for another product, it must be returned with unbroken packaging and be in otherwise unused and undamaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, goods with broken packaging or other broken seals are not covered. When exchanging an item, you are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. If you chose our free shipping option during your purchase, the return cost is SEK 99. In other cases, the return shipping cost is the same amount that you paid for shipping on delivery.
How do I reclaim an item?
Faults in the product, faulty delivery or transport damage must be reported within a "reasonable time" from the time the fault was first discovered. A complaint that is made within 2 months of the fault being discovered is considered to have been made within a reasonable time. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have a right to complain within three years.
To complain about the product, contact us and state the reason for the complaint.
If we consider the complaint to be valid, we will send a return label to you so you can return the product to us free of charge.
As soon as we have received and processed your complaint, we will either send out a replacement product or credit the cost of the product, depending on what you wish to do.
We always follow the National Board for Consumer Disputes’ recommendations. In case of complaint disputes, we advise you to contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes, who will help you get the dispute heard. Remember to always create a copy of your complaint in case a dispute arises.
When is the refund made?
Reimbursements of approved returns are processed within 14 days.
