Can my parcel be left outside my door?

If you choose "Mailbox Delivery" and the parcel is too large for your mailbox, the mail carrier may leave it outside your door or hang it in a bag by your mailbox. After delivery, you’ll receive an SMS with a photo showing where the parcel was placed.

 

If the package can’t be delivered to your address, it will be sent to your nearest service point (DHL or Postnord, depending on your location), and you’ll receive a notification via SMS.

 

We always aim for safe and secure delivery, but we unfortunately can’t take responsibility for parcels left by the mailbox or outside your door. If you prefer to receive your order in person, you can easily adjust the delivery method via the notification you receive, for example to a parcel box or service point nearby.

 

What if it says my parcel is delivered, but I haven’t received it?

Sometimes parcels are accidentally delivered to the wrong mailbox. We recommend starting by checking with your neighbors and then contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number, they’re usually best equipped to help.

 

International Delivery

All orders placed before 1:00 PM on weekdays are shipped the same day. Estimated delivery times vary by region. Once your order is shipped, we estimate the following transit times:

Do I need to pay customs duties and taxes outside the EU?

We ship all non-EU orders with UPS using DDU (delivery duty unpaid). This means we send your order without Swedish VAT and that any import VAT, customs duties and UPS handling fees will be charged by UPS when your parcel arrives in your country.

 

UPS will contact you when it’s time to pay, before the parcel is delivered. The exact fees depend on the regulations in your country.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed and you don’t accept a new estimated delivery time, you have the right to cancel your order. If you’ve prepaid, your payment will be refunded to the same method you used at checkout.

 

We only offer products that are in stock, so delays can only occur if something goes wrong in our warehouse or with shipping.

 

Track your order

As soon as we pack your order, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation by email with tracking details. (Not applicable for sample jars.)

 

When your parcel is ready for pickup

If you provide your phone number during checkout, you’ll receive an SMS when your parcel is ready to be picked up. If you don’t provide a phone number, you’ll receive this information by email only.

 

What if I forget to pick up my parcel?

If your parcel isn’t picked up within 7 days, it will be returned to us. We will then cancel your order and charge a return fee of 250 SEK.
